Biography
Jakeb joined Sterling in 2020 and has become a key member of the Queensland branch, contributing significantly to the civil construction sector. Holding a trade certificate in carpentry and multiple machinery operator tickets, he brings extensive experience in both commercial and civil construction. Starting as a Works Foreman, Jakeb has progressed through the roles of Project Manager to his current position as Operations Manager.
He has completed a Certificate II in Rail Infrastructure and continues to maintain relevant rail industry qualifications. Jakeb is highly adaptable and capable of managing a diverse range of projects, consistently delivering end-to-end solutions with precision and reliability.
In his time at Sterling, Jakeb has been entrusted with managing multiple civil construction projects from tender through to completion as part of the Queensland Civil Construction Delivery Team. He has demonstrated strong capabilities in project management, client and stakeholder engagement, quality assurance, organisational planning, and prioritisation, all while maintaining a rigorous focus on safety and compliance.
