Sterling is the incumbent supplier of Infrastructure Management Services to MTM, providing the data management system, the inspections (routine and special class), the reporting and the analysis. With MTM and their contractors delivering the works, Sterling provides the critical inspection and data infrastructure. Sterling has held this contract for 18 years and through three different franchise operators, demonstrating commitment to adding value and being a trusted supplier. Sterling also supplies general engineering and project services to Metro's Infrastructure and Projects divisions.

Deliverables

Level 2 structural inspection reports for bridges and structures across the network, condition assessments with photographic documentation, structural capacity evaluations, and prioritised maintenance recommendations for asset management planning.
