Local councils and land managers require Level 2 inspections and asset valuations for vehicular and pedestrian assets, delivered in accordance with VicRoads standards. Each client has specific data capture and reporting needs that must be accommodated while maintaining compliance with government valuation reporting requirements.
Sterling's qualified VicRoads inspectors undertake comprehensive inspections using a bespoke data capture tool developed specifically to capture all relevant data required under the VicRoads Inspection manual. The mobile capture tool and supporting database and reporting tools are adapted to meet each client's specific needs. By collaborating with Sterling's construction and maintenance division, asset valuation data sheets are produced to comply with government valuation reporting requirements.
Comprehensive Level 2 structure inspection reports including detailed condition assessments, asset valuation documentation for financial reporting and insurance purposes, photographic records of structural elements, and maintenance prioritisation schedules for network-wide asset management.
Within the last 12 months, Sterling delivered contracts for Darebin City Council, Maroondah Council, City of Greater Geelong, Gladstone City Council, and RoadTek (TMR). The quality and efficiency associated with this process ensure clients receive outstanding value for money and management of the risks and compliance requirements for all structural assets.
